SDM Hydraulic, Flatbed Press

Reliable, precise, high speed, the SDM press is available in multiple sizes, tonnages, and an array of options:

  • 2024 – 40 or 60 ton

  • 2430 – 60 ton

  • 3038 – 100 ton

Each press has a standard industrial PLC based system with flat screen controls. Like the cleanly wired and labelled power panel, the HMI is operator friendly with a recipe saving function – high performance, high speed, and high reliability.

Our industrial-based PLC Electronic Controls deliver unsurpassed quality. The easy to understand screen allows the operator to control all aspects of the press while the brains of the control, the PLC, makes sure that everything works with exact precision and control!

If you're running several jobs during a shift on the same machine, then you will love our controls. Simply set the machine up once for each job and save the job in the memory recipe. The next time the job is run, recall the recipe from memory, and the controls will set the press for the operator.
